Buy Back of shares
Accountancy
answered on 25-May-22 00:05
What amount to be transfered to CRR if buy back is held by selling the investments for the whole amount of buy back ?
latest answer
Amount equal to face value of buy back has to be transferred to CRR account. This is because there is an obligation to fill the "capital gap" be creation of CRR which will later be used to issue bonus shares. Here when investments are sold the entry is Bank dr To investment But when fresh issue of shares are done the entry would be Bank dr To Equity share capital And if any balance capital gap remains it has to billed by creating CRR for the balance amount

No, Option A is right only Reason: In monopolistic competition, the firm's product is differentiated compared to a competing firm's products, the firm will face a relatively inelastic demand curve and will have more control over the price that it can charge.

Mere Understanding of concepts is sufficient or we need to mug up or remeber head points in SA'S
latest answer
Understand the concept try to explain it to yourself in your own words record yourself if that helps. Then highlight keywords and refer it frequently and try to use them in conversations if possible if not with someone to yourself or pets :) As you go familiar with verbatim you will easily remember and it easily flows. Hope this helps, If so please let me know.
