What do you mean inflation wage???
latest answer
Inflation rate is the general rise in the level of prices, goods and services in an economy and how it affects the cost of living of those living in a particular country. Wage inflation depicts the rise of goods and service prices as a result of wage growth i.e. higher salary means more to be paid for products and services. It means that employers tend to maintain corporate profits in the face of the salary growth.

What is the difference between exception& saving clause?
latest answer
Let's understand it properly with few logics and examples. Exception - What does it mean? It means standing out from a general statement. Here in legal terms it means making some scenarios out of a legal provision i.e. providing more relaxation Example - A company cannot have more than 2 layers of subsidiaries as per Companies Layers of Subsidiaries Rule 2017. (it is a general statement i.e a legal provision) Provided that incase of company is having wholly owned subsidiaries on a single layer then such layer is exempted from counting of this â??2 layersâ?? It is called an exception to the above provision as it is completely contradicting the above provision. If a company has say 3 layers i.e more than 2 layers still it will be valid just because they have a wholly owned subsidiary layer. Another example can be given like the MOA of a company would suggest whether a company is private or public company (provision) Provided that incase a subsidiary of holding company, it shall always be considered as public company irrespective anything contained on their MOA (exception). Saving Clause - It says that if a legal provision is completely invalid then by adding saving clause you can validate some portion of it. Example - Contract with minot is void ab initio and we know it. But in contract Act we have studied that a minor can bind major principal even though the contract between them are invalid. It is also used incase of repealed Act. There are tons of definitions in Companies Act 1956 like Chartered Company, Statutory company etc. These definitions aren't there in new Act. But still those definitions prevail even that Act is discarded now (because of saving clause). And saving clause also extends to legal case laws also. There were supreme court/high court/tribunal judgements based on Companies Act 1956, just because it is repealed it doesn't make those judgements invalid. Law of land still applies here.
