Stock which is measured at particular point of time ( specified date) . It is a static concept Eg. Population as on 31 march 2022or Bank balance on a specified date ( no time dimension) Flow which measured during a period of time. It is a dynamic concept. it is changes in stock Eg. Population during the month of march 2022 or Bank balance during april 2022 ( here a time dimension is given)
