Price charged by monopoly in a market with high elasticity of demand is usually lower than the market with lower elasticity of demand. So, price here would be lower than 200. If price charged in market A is 200. Need to adjust it in market B based on the elasticity of Market B Looks like the formula used is = Price * 1/1+(1/Ed) 200*1/1+0.33 = 150. This isn't however covered in the syllabus.
