If the cash flows are before tax,we need to add back the depreciation right? But why didn't add that back? And also why they add working capital at end of the life of project as cash inflow?

a) Business connection means those who act on behalf of the principal ( here,say Non- Resident )and has the power to conclude (end ) the contract only if he is not limited only to purchase and sale of merchandise c) Who secures (get) orders for the business of the Non- Resident There is no such definitions for Conclude contracts and secure contracts.They are used in the normal sense ie, Conclude means 'End, terminate'.
