ICAI scholarship -attendance approval

When attendance approval need to be done by the Principal for receiving further amount ?it is mentioned as 'In half yearly basis ' which means end of 6 months?because the total scholarship period is for 9 months only.Can anyone clarify me?

Sir, jab hum existing capital ki weighted average cost of capital nikalte hain toh usmein hum floatation cost ko kyu consider krte hain jabki floatation cost toh tab consider karte hai na ab hum new capital raise kr rahe hain matlab weighted marginal cost of capital nikalte time?
