For issuing equity shares with differential rights the company need to follow certain conditions one of them is e) The company should not have defaulted in filing FS& annual return , for 3 financial years immediately preceding the financial year in which the company wants to issue . If company fails in filing the financial statements& Annual return , then it cannot issue such shares.

I suggested my frnd ca and cma both courses he just finished bcom, I suggested cma cause both syllabus are same and cma can be finished fast is it okay to suggest both ca and cma

Why are we showing variation in inventory of FG/WIP/stock in trade as expense? However if closing -opening is positive that means my profits have been increased but why under expenses then?

It is more for comparison. Income can be positive and negative so can expense be (positive and negative)
