In the explanation in first pic the have insisted to re-apportion the service departments to production department in the order of which department provides higher amount in comparison to others. But in the book back problem I have attached, they didn't follow the condition and they re-apportioned on the basis of P,Q,R,S starightly. Can someone clarify me?
