M/s. Ramchandra Associates received some taxable services from Mohan Dalal (P) Ltd. on 12.01.20XX by making a cash payment of Rs. 5,00,000 on same day. Payment was entered in the books of accounts of â?¢ M/s. Ramchandra Associates on 16.01.20XX â?¢ Mohan Dalal (P) Ltd. on 20.01.20XX. Invoice was issued by Mohan Dalal (P) Ltd. on 18.01.20XX. Determine the time of supply in the given case and the Date of Payment from supplier's point of view.
latest answer
If it is assumed that the amount is not credited to bank account then the date of payment will be 20.01 and date of invoice is 18.01 then TOS shall be 18.01

Hello all, here's something I need some clarification on; in buying back shares, there are two ways to do it, fresh issue and thru the CRR creation. The extent to which CRR can be created = F.v of the shares bought back - F.V of the shares issued for such buy back.( This is not referring to fresh issues right? Otherwise there is no reason for CRR ) What does the second part of the above formula reference to?

Okay
