Impact on profit . how to find abnormal items cost

latest answer

For normal loss.. We should inflate the cost where as for abnormal loss we should charge it to the P/L a/c hence the profit will be reduced. Here for under absorption for abnormal reason is charged to profit and loss account. Impact profit reduced. Similarly under absorption for normal reason is debited to cost of sales.. Impact cost of sales will result again in profit reduction. As for abnormal items.. I couldn't calculate the no of abnormal items from the question. Hope its helpful

Under Section 12 (10) Services are on board at conveyance A flight is going from Kochi to Delhi via Mumbai, and a person onboarded in Mumbai and took service. Now, the place of supply is Mumbai for that particular service then what is the location of the supplier Kochi/Delhi?

latest answer

Place of supply as per Section 12(10) shall be first scheduled point of departure of that conveyance for the journey. So, in your question POS would be Kochi. Location of supplier depends upon where supplier is registered.
