why we use AS 11 TO convert FS of Indian branch belonging to a foreign company HO. Since to them AS of different country is applicable?
latest answer
Sorry - I misunderstood your question. If HO is foreign company then the Foreign Company will prepare financial as per applicable IFRS and the indian branch financials would be converted using IFRS. You will understand Ind AS at CA Final level which is equivalent to IFRS.

In the case of NRTP, a person should register using his passport number and he should get a signature from an Indian resident who is holding a valid PAN. Similarly in the case of a company it does not holds any passport so using TIN it will get registered. Now, should the Company get any signatures from an Indian resident/Indian company who is holding a valid PAN?
latest answer

As per section 171, the bankers may retain as security for a general balance in the account, the goods bailed to them. But as per section 174, the pawnee can retain the goods for subsequent debts only when there is a contract to this effect.
latest answer
You have written correctly. "Pawnee can only hold possession of the article pawned for non payment of debt only when there is specific agreement regarding this between pawnor and Pawnee. But, incase of bank, they canhold possession of the article without specific agreement"
