Rotation of Auditor & Ordinary resolution to withhold auditor after expiry (NO COOLING)

In case of an Audit firm to which rotation applies,After completion of 2 terms of 5yrs continuous (i.e 10yrs).Can it be re-appointed again for one more term without cooling period ,IF MEMBERS AT END OF 10TH AGM GIVE ORDINARY RESOLUTION WISHING TO APPOINT SAME AUDITING FIRM for one more term Can this be possible or audit firm must mandatorily go for cooling period ?

No, the firm can be appointed only after cooling period of 5 years.

A person has multiple businesses in Hyderabad; in Hyderabad, he registered in a normal scheme, and in Kamareddy he wants a composition scheme. Can he opt for a composition scheme in Kamareddy?

No he cannot. All registered persons under same PAN should either be under normal or under composition.

When we measure marginal utility in terms of money the demand curve will be negative or positive ?

The demand curve will still be negative, because people are generally willing to pay less and less money when the purchase more quantities. This means that again there is a negative relationship.
