TDS deducted by Govt. as per Sec-51 will get reflected in Electronic Cash Ledger. Now, can we use that amount to pay tax under RCM (Input Tax Liability) to government?

Sir, In illustration 82, able to understand the concept of Swap loss that you are getting early delivery so you are selling at 65.42 and buying at 65.22 to square off so incurring a loss of 0.20/$ which is 20,000. But not able to understand the interest cost on 18,000. 18,000 is still our loss na, why are considering interest component on that?

sir explanation (1 ) to section 10 and explanation (2 )to section 10 explanantion 1 speaks about what shouldnt be included in aggregate turnover right? explanation 2 speaks about what shouldnt be included in turnover of specific state for purpose of determining tax and it says it shall not include value of supplies before liable for registration ..that means it says about new business first time registration right?

in right shares date of offer to date of transfer is period of holding in case assesse renounces the right? and if he subscribes or passes the right to someone else then period of holding is from date of allotment to date of transfer ? what is difference between date of offer and date of transfer?
