A promissory note cannot be made payable to bearer...wht is this statement means ....is it at the time of drawing it should be drawn as an order instrument and after on negotiation it can be a bearer instrument.....???

Promissory note payable to bearer can be issued by RBI only. Rbi act prohibits others from issuing demand notes. Check a currency notes

Ca final attempt and syllubus

Sir, i have my first attempt of ca final in November 2024. Shall I start taking classes of the present syllubus or shall I wait for new syllabus to come. If i have to wait ...when will the new syllabus applicability and registrations starts?. If i should start taking classes of present syllubus in ca final....what subjects should I start taking classes so that there will be less amendments till November 2024. Please help me regarding this.

ICAI has not yet announced. You can start with FR/SFM and Audit. These will have least changes. If you want to enrol with us, you will be provided with new syllabus content for the relevant attempt.

Hello...i have cleared both the groups of inter today...i want information regarding articleship and final... when should i register for finals.. .what is the procedure for articleship registration.?...can anyone guide me in this?

Congratulations! First of all take a day, enjoy the moment and experience the feeling of what you have achieved. Then, start with crafting a good CV. There are tons of YouTube videos available for that if you haven't prepared yet. Secondly, create a LinkedIn profile, there people post about vacancies for articleship. Connect with the candidates who are already there where you want to go. Send your cv to them to refer you (if you have any friends working there or you may take help from anyone) or directly send them to HR. Next, last date for registration of articleship is 30th April if your attempt is in November 2025. Also you have to fill form 102/103/112 and submit to ICAI along with nominal fees within 30 days of joining articleship. With regards to CA Final registration, don't worry much about that, you can register anytime before 6 months of your final exam. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn.
