Shared from *1FIN by Indigolearn* News and Updates Extension of Cut-off for Articleship Registration to be eligible for Nov-23 exams https://1fin.page.link/ySphutjdb18pZj1t7 Sir, I cleared my inter second group in nov 2022 attempt ( first grp cleared in nov 2019). I joined articleship in Jun 25th 2021. My question is whether this is applicable only to those who appeared in jan 2021 or nov 2020 and qualified in that attempt only or to those whoever joined articleship before 30th Jun 2021 to appear in november 2023 Final exam. Please clarify me

Preliminary expenses are those expenses that come under the category of fictitious assets and also fictitious assets which doesnot have any saleable value sir if i am wrong Kindly rectify me..

If company is owned at 99% of shares by the Government,then the company is a seperate legal entity as said in the lectures,my doubt is ,it's a seperate legal entity,but govt will have the major control over the operations and policy related decisions of the company for sure na??

Yes, government will have control over the operations in case of a government company and, company is separate and government is separate, they are not one.
