They say that " inaccurate reconciliations performed" is a risk. Which reconciliations are being talked about here? will the acquiring bank reconcile or the issuing bank reconcile?

sir in GST everywhere there is time limit provision - ""date of filing September month return in following F.Y"" or date of annual return w.e earlier is to be REPLACED with "30 th November of following financial year or date of annual return w.e. earlier THERE HAS BEEN AMENDMENT in every case where such lines arise right?? or only in few places

" As per rules prescribed in CAAR 2014, for applicability of 139(2) the class of companies shall mean the following classes of companies excluding OPC and SMALL companies...." I have seen from notes that rotation provision is not applicable to DORMANT company too.. So is it not applicable to DORMANT companies..was the provision amended to not include dormant companies?
