Do we get any messages/ email if the updation is successful? How many days will it take to get updated?

You won't be notified on the updation of your profile. Usually it takes 2-5 days to get updated. You have to check the SSP portal to know the status.

n entity doing construction business , took land from customer (development model ) , in such case how will be entity Recognize Revenue as per 115 ? as per IND AS 115 it will met criteria of entity creates or enhance an asset that customer control as asset is created or enhanced ?
