While solving sums in study material method of calculation is different Is it ok to follow all chapters in Indigo Learn material sums plus. All previous question papers RTP mtps
latest answer
It is true that the method of solving used in Study material and Suggested answers is a bit difficult. But, when we can arrive at the same answer with a different method, it is not at all a problem. If we present our calculations clearly and arrive at the same answer, marks will surely be awarded. The examiners are not so strict. Moreover, we have less time. We have to utilise it properly. When we have an easy method, why choose the tough one?

Chapter 4 -Calls in advance
Corporate & Other Laws
answered on 10-Mar-23 13:51
Pls explain this statement: Advance payment will not lead to increased voting rights but delayed payment of call money could be the reason of decreased voting rights.
latest answer
The voting rights will not increase if you pay calls in advance. They will increase only when that part is called up. If you pay in advance even before they are called up, that does not mean any increase in voting rights. But, the voting rights will decrease if there are any calls in arrears.
