Companies act is silent with regard to time limit for appointment for 1st auditors . It is for next or from incorporation?? EXAMPLE :- In case of Non Government Co. ; BOD shall appoint within 30 days of incorporation and further members within 90 days on failure. But , Act is silent about additional days or from incorporation! Hence , what to consider for exams ? Plz guide Mam !

In this sum num 10 Degree of financial leverage is 1.25 When i use this as DFL = EBIT/EBIT -INTEREST 1.25 = EBIT /EBIT - 242000 EBIT = 121000 But in the given answer , EBIT comes as 340000 Where am i going wrong Can anyone help me out?

Leave travel concession perquisite means employer sending employee and his family to holiday is exempt Provided if they are traveling by flight then upto economy class ticket fare is only exempt And it only available to the employee his spouse and two children Now there has been a clarification regarding two children.. Of in first birth u have one child and in second birth twins or triplets then ask of them will get exempt

The average marks in Economics of candidates who obtained 50 marks in Statistics is (a) 45 (c)54 (b) 54.5

Answer is 54.5. First find correlation coefficient which will come out to be 0.49. Based on this, find regression equation of Y (Marks in Economics) on X (Marks in Statistics). which will be Y = 0.65X +22. Substitute X = 50 and then calculate Y.
