In case of Services by Senior Advocate or Arbitral Tribunal to Individual Advocate or Firm of Advocates, whether we have to consider the Recipient's PY T/O (as in the case of Business Entities) or irrespective of PY T/O the aforesaid case is always Taxable under RCM? Please clarify....

The date of maturity of a bill payable hundred days after sight and which is presented for sight on 4th May 2017 is ______ Answer is August 14th.. But, I'm getting Aug 15th as maturity date. May : 27 days(31-4) June : 30 days July : 31 days August : 12 days --- 12th August due date ____________ No of days 100 days + Grace days 3 days --------------------------- 15th August Maturity date Can anyone help!?
