Qualified opinion is when we have misstatements identified in an area which is material but not pervasive: so everything is not mistasted. we use the language, ‘ Except for the matters given in Basis for Qualified Opinion paragraph, the FS give a true and fair view.

Sir can we solve this problem using EAC also? As EAC for replacement after one year is (40004) and in case of replacement to be made now it is (70000), hence it is evident that we should replace it next year only. [Video Time Stamp: 13:56]
