Whether a registered person is entitled to take ITC on Motor Vehicles for transportation of passengers having seating capacity of less than 13 & it is used for Transportation of Goods? Please clarify....

It does not matter what purpose it is used. What matters is the type of vehicle. If it is passenger vehicle and the seating capacity is upto 13 persons then ITC is not allowed.

After getting Cost audit report whom the company needs to file CRA-4 ? With ROC or Govt sir ?

Every cost auditor appointed shall submit the cost audit report to Company within one hundred eighty days from the closure of the financial year in Form CRA-3. Further Company shall submit that cost audit report to the Central Government along with full information and explanation on every reservation or qualification marked by auditor in form CRA-4 within 30 days. Here Central Govt. is represented by ROC, under Ministry of corporate affairs. CRA-4 is submitted on the MCA portal

I am talking about CA foundation Business laws. Is it advisable to describe such case laws which are not mentioned in our Icai module for sake of lengthening the answer or for clarity of the answer ?

Isn’t module bulky for law. You could use notes of 1fin and ques of module. Paid notes are made from module only and only main points are noted in that.
