Sir, In this problem, what is the treatment of opening balance of ITC? Should we ignore it as the refund is calculated for a specific period?

Fob calculation to find 20%frieght and 1.125% insurance

1) Sir pls clarify as to what all things to be added before fob and after fob. 2) Whether my interpretation correct - as all exp incured by exporter from factory till exporters port added to the price to calculate fob. 3) If that is the case why we should add commission paid by importer to local agent of exporter in calculation of frieght and insurance. I am getting confused at times regarding this

How to understand the difference between ESOP under salaries as perquisites v/s ESOP under capital gains? Provisions:- Salaries:- S.17(2)(vi) the value of any specified security or sweat equity shares allotted or transferred, directly or indirectly, by the employer, or former employer, free of cost or at concessional rate to the assessee. Explanation.—For the purposes of this sub-clause,— (a) "specified security" means the securities as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) and, where employees' stock option has been granted under any plan or scheme therefor, includes the securities offered under such plan or scheme; Capital Gains:- S.47(iii) any transfer of a capital asset under a gift or will or an irrevocable trust : Provided that this clause shall not apply to transfer under a gift or an irrevocable trust of a capital asset being shares, debentures or warrants allotted by a company directly or indirectly to its employees under any Employees' Stock Option Plan or Scheme of the company offered to such employees in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Central Government in this behalf;

Voluntary registration if taken in one state does we have to take registration in other state also..what will we write in answr

No If threshold crossed, then registration is mandatory. But for voluntary registration, its not necessary to be taken for every state

For a detailed view u can follow this Returns- tax liabilities and itc- many tables are shown go to second table there u cwn find Total itc in 2b. How much of it has been claimed by u in 3b etc
