You can ask for permission from your college. Focus on CA inter as the portion of B.Com is comparatively easier than CA and also some concepts are also same in both. So, it would help you in your exams. Generally, it is better to do B.Com either online or through correspondence as it saves you a lot of time.

Employee Cost

Costing

answered on 10-Aug-23 09:03

Can someone state the difference b/w time keeping & time booking with simple example?

latest answer

Timekeeping involves tracking the actual hours an individual spends on specific tasks or projects. It's a way to monitor and record the amount of time someone dedicates to their work. For example, if an employee works on a project for 8 hours a day, their timekeeping would reflect that. Time booking, on the other hand, involves allocating the recorded hours from timekeeping to specific tasks, projects, or cost centres. It's about attributing the hours worked to the relevant categories for accounting, billing, or reporting purposes. For instance, if an employee works 2 hours on Project A and 6 hours on Project B, the time booking would distribute their total hours accordingly.

Corporate & Other Laws

answered on 10-Aug-23 11:11

Please explain me Holder in due course and how it differs from normal holder Please explain me in detailed layman terms with a practical example 🥺

latest answer

A holder is entitled in his own name to the possession of the instrument, whilst a holder in due course acquires the possession of the instrument in good faith for consideration and is unaware of any prior claim, or that there is a defect in the title of the person who negotiated it. The person entitled to be called holder in due course must become the possessor of the instrument before it becomes payable. Whereas in case of holder neither actual possession nor any time limit within which it must be acquired is required. A holder cannot sue all the prior parties whereas a holder in due course, has the right to sue all the prior parties for payment.
