Prospectus provisions doesn't apply here , there are only 2 instances in one instance he may not held responsible, in the second instance he must held responsible and liable

Dear@samridhi I like your enthusiasm to dig deeper into any topic, but any income calculated for the entire year i.e for previous year in the income tax ..whether they mentioned or not it's monthly rent only , ofcourse I can be compared with monthly MV ,FR , and SR ..later multiple with 12 since the income needs to computed for the entire year ... municipal tax are usually levied annually as % of m.v but here they given directly 8k p.a . If they give it for annual the amounts will be like 1lac or 2lac something like that ..then you can divide it by 12 if necessary (in that case they specify)

More evident means more clear. Say the asset we are giving up doesn’t have a clearly determined FV because its not actively traded in market.

First of all we write off 7% preference share so we debited 6,00,000 and issue 4 new 5% preference share 4 per 1 share of 10rs so 12000 share holder * 4*10 =4,80,000 credited and new equity share issued 12,000 preference share holder s *6 per share *2.5rs = 1,80,000 and remaining balance debited to capital reduction a/c

Both questions are same type but while calculating maximum consumption they have taken 1.Annual consumption with adjustment of opening stock 2.Annual consumption without adjustment of opening stock. Why?
