I have dropped from CA-FINAL in 2020 and my registration is lapsed need to re-register.Should I need to pass SPOM before writing CA-FINAL or after

I think, you may need to pass Costing and Law SPOM i.e. SET A & B. You may Call ICAI Helpline for this.
