Why are we assuming VAR as 699,000? [Video Time Stamp: 05:12]

In Q 3 Rs. 2 cr is value of portfolio ( they said amount invested) based on which we found out VAR In Q 4 We are given VAR ( they clearly said max loss cannot be great than balance in bank account) and we have to find out value of portfolio depending on the days of investment

swap - 1 check first transaction should not directly relating to customer on day other than original maturity date 2- we will check on date other than original maturity date 3- transaction should be 1 buy 1 sell 4 - transaction should be 1 on spot and 1 on forward interest - 1 check first transaction should not directly relating to customer on day other than original maturity date 2- we will check on date other than original maturity date 3- transaction should be 1 buy 1 sell 4 - transaction should be both on spot day (cash flow) [Video Time Stamp: 06:40]

We are using the value of Z only to make mean as 0.When the mean is 0, It will be normal distribution with values of Z. [Video Time Stamp: 06:07]

for margin banks point of view - we will check what is for inter bank . for margin add less - we will see what is customer doing.? we sell than less , we buy from others than add , this is logic of story [Video Time Stamp: 00:03]

Can we say swap arise when there is buy and sell both transaction with another bank.. the time of event - spot and forward both must be present. In other words we can say that gain loss relating to another bank (inter bank) that we incurred due to transaction other than due date. [Video Time Stamp: 12:35]

Why are we not considering the short-term loan-to-sales ratio? Instead, we are considering the ratio of provisions to sales..
