Procedure for Applying for Certified Copies

1. Online Application:
• Applications must be submitted online through the SSP dashboard or specific portals for post-qualification courses.
• The process involves selecting the papers, confirming the declaration, and paying the requisite fee.
2. Fee Structure:
• Intermediate, Final, and Foundation: ₹500 per paper.
• ISA-AT: ₹100 per paper.
• INTT-AT and IRM: ₹500 per answer book.
3. Important Notes:
• Applications for certified copies do not require a physical declaration form to be submitted.
• Physical submissions are not accepted.
• Copies are usually provided within 30 days of receipt of the application.
4. MCQ-based Papers:
• For papers evaluated on an OMR sheet (e.g., Foundation Papers 3 & 4, MCQ portions in Intermediate/Final), only the OMR sheet is provided.

When candidates apply for certified copies, the ICAI automatically verifies the answer books under Regulation 39(4). If discrepancies are found, marks are revised, and candidates are informed. However, re-evaluation of the answers is not permitted
